About Eon BeatsThe finest in dancefloor jazz, super soulful rhythms and futuristic heavyweight funk.Eon Beats was formed to play the Sydney club scene and was immediately in demand with a residency at the Coogee Beach Palace. Eon Beats features Rick Robertson, saxophonist from d.i.g, the very soulful vocals of Evelyn Duprai, the beats of Ian Mussington and the ever inventive keyboard wizard Gerard Masters.Eon Beats have residencies at various venues in Sydney including the Slip Inn and Home Bar. This has really developed the band into something unique to the point of writing and recording a new album of original material featuring Evelyn Duprai on vocals and the wicked beats of Ian Mussington on Drums. Eon Beats now regularly performs with 8-9 musicians featuring percussion, DJ, and a horn section.
